36. Class Changes

(Refer to BOE policy JBCC-R) 

During the first week of a semester, a student may make necessary schedule changes by making an appointment with his/her counselor. A student must have a signed permission form from his/her parent or guardian to make a change. Here are some acceptable reasons to make changes: 

● The computer made an error on the student’s schedule. 

● The student is misplaced in a class. 

● The student’s schedule needs to be altered in order to add a required class.
